Information

During a two-year building period, a run-down riding hall was converted into an indoor playground and climbing centre for children. Spanning an area of around 1800 square metres, a playground, sports and climbing centre was created for children up to 12 years old.
The play zone was opened on 1 September 2005.
Renovation and expansion works were carried out during the 2012 winter season. New play area equipment was fitted and older equipment was expanded. A pirate galley was set up, including kitchen facilities serving chips, chicken nuggets and more.
The play zone is open all-year round and is situated within the Jaderpark, and so cannot be booked separately.

Climbing labyrinth

A large climbing labyrinth lies at the heart of the play zone. Children can play, climb and slide around across three levels.

Ball field

Boys like using the ball field, and girls are encouraged to join in. Dads are often seen joining in with the games, since no one is able to sit still once they see a ball being kicked around.

Important information

The play zone belongs to the "Jaderpark" and is part of the entire site. It can therefore not be paid for separately.
Since the Jaderpark play zone is not weather dependent, the zoo and play zone are open all-year round. Please see the opening hours and winter entrance prices.
The play zone features an extensive self-service set-up. Here you can enjoy a wide variety of warm and cold drinks, hearty meals, cakes, ice creams and various sweet treats. The cafeteria has plenty of seating space. Take a look at our menu: Here...
